Flikto does not use accounts or sign-in, so we never ask for your name, email address, or password. To make your videos, we process what you send for each generation on our own backend. Apple handles payments, and Adapty helps us keep track of subscription status and app analytics. That's the core of it. The details follow below.

What We Don't Collect

Since there is no account system, Flikto does not ask you to create a profile or hand over contact details. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or password. We also never see your full payment card details, because Apple processes all purchases.

What We Do Handle

To create a video, the app sends us what you submit for that generation, such as your text prompts and any images or other media you choose to upload. We use this material to produce your video and return it to you. If you buy or subscribe, limited purchase and subscription information, such as whether a subscription is active, is handled through Apple and Adapty as described below. This may include an app-specific or device-level identifier, which lets us recognize your entitlement without an account.

Where Your Videos Are Made

Your generations run on Flikto's own backend. We do not hand your prompts or uploads to an outside AI provider to create your videos. We use what you submit to generate and deliver your result and to keep the service running properly.

The Partners We Work With, and Why

We rely on two third-party services. Apple App Store: Apple distributes the app and processes every purchase and subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Your payment details stay with Apple, under Apple's own privacy policy. Adapty: when it is used, Adapty helps us check whether your subscription is active, so the app can unlock the right features. It also gives us analytics about subscriptions, such as purchases and renewals. Adapty handles this data under its own privacy terms. We share only what these services need to do their jobs.

Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions go through Apple. Apple charges you, manages renewals, and handles refunds under its own rules. We receive confirmation of your purchase status, not your card details. Adapty helps us read and track that status, along with related subscription analytics.

How Long We Keep Things

We keep the material you submit for a generation, and the resulting video, only as long as we reasonably need it to create and deliver your video, run the service, and meet any legal obligations. Subscription and purchase records held by Apple and Adapty are kept under their own retention policies.

Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us what information we hold that relates to you, and you may ask us to delete it. Because Flikto has no accounts, please include enough detail in your request for us to locate the relevant data, such as when you used the app or a purchase reference. We will respond as required by applicable law. To manage or cancel a subscription, or to review your purchase history, go to your Apple ID settings. For data held by Apple or Adapty, you can also contact those companies directly.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version and change the effective date. If you keep using the app after an update, that means the revised policy applies.
