Terms of Use

Welcome to Flikto AI Video Generator. These Terms of Use are the ground rules between you and Flikto AI Video Generator ("Flikto," "we," "us") for using the app. We've kept them as plain as we can. These Terms are effective as of 2026-11-04.

Using the App Means You Agree

When you download, open, or use Flikto, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms.

Your Licence to Use Flikto

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, or try to extract its underlying code or models, except where the law clearly allows it.

Playing Fair

Please use Flikto responsibly. Don't use it to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive. That includes misleading impersonations of real people without their consent. Don't upload material you don't have the right to use. Don't infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property. Don't try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or our backend. If you break these rules, we may limit or end your access.

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancelling

Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or within whatever window Apple sets. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Who Owns What

The app belongs to Flikto and our licensors, including its design, code, branding, and technology, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and media you submit. As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to process your submissions on our backend only as needed to create and deliver your videos and run the service. You are responsible for your content and how you use it. Please note that AI output may not be unique, and similar results may be produced for other people.

No Promises Beyond What's Here

Flikto is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI-generated videos can be unpredictable, and we can't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flikto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

When These Terms Change

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version and update the effective date. If you continue using Flikto after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
